Principal of Cynoscion Environmental, with more than 15 years in fisheries science and stock assessment. Former Fisheries Management Section Chief at the North Carolina Division of Marine Fisheries.

Environmental attorney and founder of Bennett-Nickerson Environmental Consulting, with more than 18 years of practice across federal fisheries and environmental law.
